Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
- Basic sales or telecalling experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Robust persuasion and customer engagement ability.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Responsibilities :
- Call potential investors and explain about projects
- Provide accurate information about property listings, including features, pricing, location, and availability
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, interest level, and budget.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to nurture and convert them into appointments.
- Schedule and confirm site visits or meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update CRM or lead management systems with call notes, lead status, and follow-up details.
- Handle inbound calls and customer queries in a professional and courteous manner .
