Responsibilities :

- Advise clients on real estate investments aligned with their financial plans and life goals
- Conduct location analysis, developer background checks, and project due diligence
- Evaluate property from ROI, rental yield, appreciation, and liquidity perspectives
- Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in residential and commercial properties
- Perform legal, financial, and compliance checks in coordination with legal/loan teams
- Prepare property evaluation reports and comparative market analysis
- Work closely with Wealth Managers to integrate real estate into holistic financial plans
- Build and maintain a database of developers, brokers, legal advisors and banks




- Stay updated with RERA regulations, stamp duty rules, taxation on property, and home loan structures
- Educate clients on risks, hidden costs, and long-term implications of property decisions
- Support clients in loan optimization and documentation process

Skills :

- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics
- Knowledge of property laws, RERA, stamp duty and taxation on property
- Ability to analyze property from an investment and financial lens
- Excellent research, due diligence, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and client advisory skills
