Job Requirements

Responsibilities :

1. Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies for efficient and effective testing.

2. Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

3. Analyse test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on product quality and performance.

4. Identify and report software defects, track issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.

5. Perform crash dump analysis to diagnose and troubleshoot software crashes and stability issues.

6. Create test plans, test cases, and test data sets for functional, regression, and performance testing.

7. Participate in code reviews, process improvements, and knowledge sharing sessions within the team.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Strong programming skills in C++/C#/Java or scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

3. Proficiency in test case design, test planning, and test execution.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including crash dump analysis.

6. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.

7. Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

8. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Good to have:

1. Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

2. Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) and/or programming languages.

3. Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Device Farm).

4. Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., Performance Monitor, JMeter, LoadRunner).

5. Knowledge of accessibility testing and security testing principles.
