Lal Ion Exchange & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is a growing player in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Water Treatment Plants (WTP). We work with industries, real estate developers, institutions, hospitals, hotels, and government projects.

We are expanding aggressively and looking for a highly driven field sales professional who can generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Role Overview

This is a field-intensive, target-driven position focused on generating and converting STP/ETP leads through direct market visits.

You will represent the company in the market, meet decision-makers, and drive plant sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily field visits to:

- Real estate developers

- Construction companies

- Hospitals

- Hotels & Resorts

- Industries

- Government departments

- Identify upcoming projects requiring STP/ETP

- Generate qualified leads & schedule technical meetings

- Follow up consistently until closure





- Maintain client database & daily visit reports

- Coordinate with technical team for proposal submission

- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements :

- 1-3 years experience in industrial sales / project sales (preferred)
- Experience in STP/ETP/WTP or construction-related sales is a plus
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Must be confident in field work
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Two-wheeler mandatory
