Job Description: -

Filling and filing all ROC forms. (MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, ADT-1, CSR-2, DPT-3, all LLP forms, etc.) Preparation and maintenance of minutes, agendas, proof of dispatch, company registers, etc. Preparation of papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs). Drafting of agreements,



board resolutions and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments. Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the board or committee as the case may be. Provide necessary guidance and advise to senior management team well in advance to ensure timely compliances. Overlook and record keeping of the trademark registrations, ISO of the Company. Assistance in RERA related work and ensuring its Compliances Any other work as may be assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
