Salary : Rs 10000 to Rs 15000 per month (finalised on skills/experience)

Location :Wadala, close to wadala station

Job responsibilities : (will be both personal work and official work)

1) Maintain all accounting and legal records, files and office documents in an orderly manner and keeping things in soft copy in Excel and Word.

2) Taking calls and appointments for meetings.

3) Create and Review invoices and purchase order ensuring the accuracy of all data.

3) Reconcile bank balance and recorded general ledger entries.

4) Follow up clients on payment reminders via calls and mails.

5) Data entry of records related to mktg, sales and ecommerce activities.

6)



Undertake all kinds of banking tasks.

7) Undertake marketing activities on a computer such as mass mailing, telemarketing, chat etc (training will be provided)

9) Collection of cheques and important documents from clients offices so limited travel will be there.

10) Surfing and searching for information in the internet

11) Coordinating with accountants to file matters related to Taxation

12) Open to learn new things as and when needed

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
