We are a group of three companies - Systel Engineering Controls, Systel Energy Solutions and WiseAir Technologies. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the books for all three entities from our Coimbatore office.
The Role
You will independently handle the complete accounting cycle through to finalization across the three companies, using SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting in SAP B1 for all three companies.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, billing, purchase entries and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage GST and TDS workings, returns and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monthly closing.
- Prepare books up to finalization - trial balance, P&L; and balance sheet - and support audits.
- Generate MIS reports for management.
Requirements :
- B.Com/M.Com (CA-Inter/CMA-Inter a plus).
- 3-5 years of accounting experience handling company books independently.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is essential.
- Ability to finalise accounts and solid knowledge of GST, TDS and Indian accounting standards.
- Accurate, detail-oriented and trustworthy with confidential data; multi-entity experience preferred.
