We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and executing complex financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting & Month-End Close : Manage and execute the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ledger Maintenance : Oversee the general ledger structure, review journal entries, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with GAAP/IFRS principles.
- Reconciliations & Analysis : Perform complex bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations. Analyze financial variances and budget-to-actual deviations to provide actionable insights to management.




- Compliance & Tax Reporting : Assist with local, state, and federal tax compliance, including corporate filings, GST/VAT (if applicable), and payroll taxes. Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory policies.
- Audit Facilitation : Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors. Prepare audit schedules, gather documentation, and ensure a seamless annual audit process.
- Process Improvement : Evaluate existing accounting workflows and systems to implement automation, streamline operations, and strengthen internal controls. Preparing Bills and Invoices.
- Team Leadership : Guide, review the work of, and mentor junior accountants and accounting clerks to foster career development and team accuracy.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹45,338.67 per month
