Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) with experience in Internal Financial Controls (IFC) testing within the BFSI sector . The role involves evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of financial controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting risk management and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Internal Financial Controls (IFC) testing in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of financial controls across BFSI processes such as lending, treasury, investments, finance, and operations.
- Conduct walkthroughs, control documentation, and risk assessments for key financial processes.
- Identify control gaps, deficiencies, and areas of improvement and provide practical recommendations.
- Coordinate with process owners, internal audit teams, and external auditors to facilitate IFC testing and remediation.
- Prepare IFC testing documentation, working papers, and audit reports in line with regulatory standards.




- Support management in remediation planning and implementation of control improvements .
- Monitor and track closure of audit observations and control deficiencies .
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks such as Companies Act (Section 134(5)(e)), RBI guidelines, and internal policies .

Qualifications :

- Qualified CA / CMA (mandatory)
- Additional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or FRM would be an advantage.

Experience

- 3-8 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or IFC Testing.
- Experience in BFSI sector (Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, Financial Services) is preferred.
- Experience with SOX / IFC frameworks and risk & control matrices (RCM) is desirable.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
