Inventory Management

- Manage and monitor raw materials, consumables, tools, spares, and precision parts
- Maintain stock levels, perform regular verification, and control high-value inventory

1. Material Receipt & Issue

- Receive, inspect, and issue materials as per requisitions
- Coordinate with QC/Production and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance

- Documentation & Systems

- Maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and bin cards
- Update Tally ERP, prepare Excel reports, and communicate via Outlook

- Stores Operations & Control

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and 5S compliance
- Prevent loss, damage, pilferage, and obsolescence

- Coordination & Production Support

- Liaise with Production, Purchase, Planning, and Maintenance




- Ensure timely availability of materials and spares

- Team Supervision

- Supervise storekeepers, assign tasks, and train on handling and safety

- Safety & Compliance

- Follow safety policies, support audits, and ensure ISO/industry compliance

- Continuous Improvement

- Reduce inventory cost/wastage, optimize store layout, and implement best practices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
