Job Overview : Mudra Publicity is hiring a Tender Executive who will be responsible for searching, analysing, and submitting tenders related to Exhibition Stall Design, Pavilions, Branding, and Fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Search and identify relevant government & private tenders (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.)
- Study tender documents and evaluate eligibility criteria
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids
- Coordinate with accounts and operations team for costing and documentation
- Maintain tender tracker and monitor deadlines
- Handle EMD, BOQ, and other tender formalities
- Follow up on submitted tenders
Requirements :
- 0.6-3 years of experience in tender searching & submission
- Knowledge of Standard Tender Portals.
- Good understanding of government tender process
- Solid MS Excel and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Preferred Industry : Exhibition, Event Management, Advertising, Fabrication, Interior, Infrastructure
Salary : ₹12,000 - ₹17,000 per month (Based on experience)
