Key Responsibilities
- Attending leads for luxury villas and properties
- Conduct property site visits and showcase properties to potential buyers
- Create engaging video content for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube, and social media platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content creation and promotional activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets with team support
- Maintain CRM database and track customer interactions
Must-Have Requirements
- Maintains professional grooming and appearance standards suitable for client-facing roles
- Excellent Communication Skills - Fluent in English & Hindi (Konkani/Marathi is a plus)
- Content Creation Skills - Comfortable shooting videos, creating Reels, and social media content
- Go-Getter Attitude :
- Own Vehicle - Two-wheeler/four-wheeler for property visits and client meetings (mandatory)
- Tech Savvy - Comfortable with smartphones, social media platforms, and digital tool
