- Assist in product development and sampling coordination
- Follow up with vendors for fabrics, trims, and production timelines
- Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams
- Maintain order sheets, costing details, and production records
- Prepare and update merchandising reports
- Handle buyer communication and documentation
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in apparel merchandising
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes
- Understanding of fabrics, trims, and costing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in export merchandising
- Knowledge of international buyer requirements
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic understanding of quality control standards
