performance. The role involves managing a team of maintenance professionals

across electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Planning & Execution:

- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules

for the factory.

- Ensure timely execution of planned preventive / Predictive

maintenance activities, shutdowns, and turnarounds.

- Identify and implement cost-effective maintenance solutions.

1. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers, supervisors, and

technicians (Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation).

- Provide technical guidance, training, and development opportunities to

team members.

- Conduct performance appraisals and ensure adherence to company

policies.

1. Equipment Reliability & Optimization:

- Analyse equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) and predictive

maintenance techniques.

- Tracking of PM/ Pred Maintenance. Compliance Vs Plan, MTTR & MTBF

for Equipment’s

- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize

plant performance.

1. Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and

statutory requirements.

- Promote a safety-first culture within the maintenance team.

1. Budget & Resource Management:





- Manage the maintenance budget, including resource allocation and cost

control. Monthly Tracking and adherence

- Ensure effective utilization of resources, including manpower, materials,

and contractors.

1. Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with production, operations, and other stakeholders to

ensure alignment and achieve common goals.

- Communicate maintenance plans, progress, and issues to the Works

Manager and other stakeholders.

2. Purchase - Specifications / Negotiation management, Follow up of materials

and ensure receipt as

1. Statutory Compliances: Good work experience of all Statutory requirement as

per Factory act pertaining to Engineering department

Required Skill Set:Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9000, ISO 14000,45000)

- Experience with maintenance software and systems (e.g., CMMS)
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Solid knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability engineering,

and safety standards.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 5S
- Engineering standards like ASME, IS Standards etc. (Will be advantage

but not a must).

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
