Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Union Management : Dealing with the Union during productivity-linked proposals and negotiations; resolving issues related to work content reduction; securing buy-in on new proposals related to productivity, ergonomics, etc
- Manpower Management : Evaluating and calculating manpower requirements and capacity as per monthly plans; managing resources to meet production and distribution schedules
- Low Cost Automation : Evaluating proposals and preparing business cases for senior management; conducting cost studies, economic comparisons, and justification analysis
- Current Product Launches - Work Content Optimization : Collaborating with design teams to optimize work content at the design and process level before shop floor implementation
- UEWT : Designing EWT improvements and conducting periodic reviews
- Line Balancing & Layout Optimization : Balancing lines and layouts for optimal material flow and takt time; identifying pulse points and setting up programs to optimize flow, inventory, manpower, and processes
- Operational Improvement :Analyzing existing operations and proposing cost-justified improvements
- Bottleneck Analysis : Identifying process bottlenecks and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve productivity
- Project Reporting :



Communicating project status using appropriate tools for all identified initiatives
