Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate product restocking.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring items are always available.
- Process and track orders and deliveries from suppliers.
- Maintain records of sales, returns, and defective items.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in sales promotion activities and in-store displays.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock audits and inventory checks.
- Generate and analyze store performance reports.
- Assist in handling any discrepancies in inventory, sales, or transactions.
