- Understand customers interior design needs, preferences, and budget
- Assist clients in selecting furniture, lighting, fabrics, wall finishes, and décor items
- Provide basic design suggestions (color combinations, layouts, space utilization)
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads and inquiries
- Stay updated on current interior design trends and product catalogs
- Support in achieving sales targets and upselling products
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Interior Design, Sales, Marketing, or related field)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, furniture, or home décor
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts (colors,
textures, layouts)
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
