About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as mobility, feeding, bathing, and grooming.
- Support nursing staff and healthcare professionals in routine patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms, beds, and medical equipment.
- Help in transferring patients safely within the healthcare facility.
- Monitor patient comfort and report any concerns to the nursing team.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of medical waste as per guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation when required.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and attendants.
- Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- GDA certification or relevant healthcare training preferred.
