Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Quality (Lucknow)**

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : NABH

- Lead implementation of NABH standards.
- Drive clinical excellence.
- Establish Regular clinical audit Review.




- Identify opportunities for quality improvement Programmed.
- Project Management for all Quality Initiatives for the Functions / Cross Functions.

Quality Process Management System

- Coordinate identification & documentation of all critical quality processes.
- Maintenance of documented process maps for processes and procedures in the unit.
- Conduct Process / Surveillance Audits.
- Ensure closure of non-conformities.
- Ensure wing to wing and correct measurement standards are put in place.

Medical Quality

- Ensure implementation of NABH standards across the unit.

Training

- Facilitate quality training in the zone.
- Ensure implementation of various Quality training programs.

Communication

- Implement and support the communication plan across the function.
- Lead all Quality and Excellence initiatives at the respective function.

Years of Experience

- Overall, 5-8 years of experience in managing customer service and experience.

Qualifications

- BDS/ BPT/ MBBS / Any Medical Graduate with MHA
