We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and growth-driven Marketing Associate to work directly with the Founder across multiple business projects under Vibhaya Innovators Pvt Ltd.
This is not a routine assistant role.
You will work closely on strategy, research, client acquisition, and execution. If you enjoy thinking, challenging ideas with logic, and building systems — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and competitor analysis Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn Generate qualified leads through structured outreach Track leads, follow-ups, and pending actions Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and growth strategies Maintain task tracking systems and remind the Founder of priorities Support business expansion initiatives Travel when required for meetings or business activities
Required Qualifications MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills Good research and analytical ability Comfortable using LinkedIn for business networking Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and PowerPoint Organized and detail-oriented Willingness to travel when required
Willing to learn and grow fast Can think independently and propose ideas Comfortable working directly with Founder-level leadership Structured thinker with execution discipline Emotionally mature and qualified
