We are urgently looking for a Assistant Manager - Plant Finance for Automotive Manufacturing Company location based at Lucknow Chinhat
Minimum Qualification : ICWA/B.Com/ CA Inter/ CMA Inter
Experience : Minimum 6 year of experience out of which atleast 3 years in the automotive industry
Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :
- MIS :Prepare annual budget or the plant and then present budgeted vs actual monthly financial MIS for the plant with variance analysis
- Raw material retro period rate settlements :Quarterly /bi annual raw material settlements with customers and vendors through working and issuance of debit/credit notes to customers and vendors
- Department Visits & Case Updates :Attend department hearings for gst and pre GST cases as per scheduled dates. Provide hearing updates to the management team.
- Internal Plant Finance controls :
- Account payables bills management and Timely reconciliations with vendors :
- Accounts receivables management and Timely reconciliations with customer
Desired Skills :
- Solid understanding of cost accounting and P&L; account
- Experience with SAP ERP
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlook up, pivot tables, etc)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive approach and willingness to work across department
