Handles guest and employee enquiries courteously and efficiently, reporting complaints or problems.
Customer follow-up for due fees/ assessments through tele calling. Assisting the team with road shows and workshops during the marketing events outside the company premises.
Administration ensures that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual and electronic, is maintained at all times.
Maintains complete and supported records of all Registration forms, Contracts, and Quotations for the Centre.
Establishes an effective trace File to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
Submits sales reports to the Assistant Director of Catering promptly.
Provides accurate reporting of business booked to the Sales Coordinator for monthly consolidation.
Prepares and ensures all Event's Orders are distributed to the concerned department on time.
Managing vendors, bills, and inventory.
Job locations : Greater Noida, Sector 1, Bisrakh, Jalalpur / Gurgaon Sector 60 Job timings: Monday to Friday, 11 am to 8 pm (1 weekly off)
Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working days, with timings from 9 am to 6 pm.
Salary range: 15k - 22k
We require basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in English communication.
Pay: ₹11,340.35 - ₹21,745.92 per month
