About EaseEmbro : EaseEmbro is a revolutionary B2B SaaS platform built by factory owners, for factory owners. We automate production tracking and payroll calculations for embroidery factories, saving 30-60 hours of manual work monthly. Our software is already operational across multiple factories.
Role Overview : We need 2 energetic Sales Assistants who will visit embroidery factories across Surat, demonstrate our software, and help business owners transition from manual calculations to automated digital solutions. This is NOT a desk job - you'll be in the field, meeting real factory owners, understanding their problems, and showing them how technology saves time and money.
What You'll Do Daily :
- Visit 5-8 embroidery factories per day across Surat
- Give live software demonstrations (20-30 minutes per factory)
- Explain payroll automation, bonus structures, and cost savings
- Help factory owners understand how EaseEmbro fits their current workflow
- Collect feedback on customer requirements and calculation methods
- Follow up with interested prospects until they subscribe
- Report daily progress and customer insights to management
Who Should Apply :
- Local Surat residents (must know Surat geography and têxtile areas)
- Comfortable speaking Gujarati + Hindi (English is bonus)
- Age 20-35, any gender
- Two-wheeler mandatory (petrol reimbursed)
- Previous sales experience helpful but NOT required
- Understanding of embroidery/têxtile business is PLUS but trainable
- Ready for field work 6 days/week
