Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth order execution.
- Supervise order processing, packing, and timely rider handovers.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor and manage Online portals and other delivery platform operations.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage outlet staff, attendance, shift scheduling, and productivity.
- Coordinate with the Central Kitchen for stock availability and replenishment.
- Track daily sales, complaints, wastage, and operational reports.
- Ensure outlet readiness for audits and compliance checks.
- Drive operational efficiency and maintain service standards during peak hours.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in Outlet Management, QSR, Restaurant, or Cloud Kitchen operations.




- Experience handling online food delivery platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, reporting, and operational KPIs.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a cloud kitchen or delivery-focused food business.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
