Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in retail, luxury brands, malls, corporate offices, hospitality, and commercial sectors

Develop strong relationships with architects, consultants, procurement teams, project managers, and brand owners

Handle client meetings, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations

Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure

Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and execution teams for smooth project delivery

Work on retail rollouts, kiosk projects, store branding, VM execution, and signage solutions

Maintain strong pipeline management and CRM reporting

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Track market trends, competitor activities, and recent project opportunities

Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client pitches

Required Skills : Strong sales and business development skills

Experience in retail fit-out,



visual merchandising, signage, joinery, shopfitting, POP Display

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong client handling and presentation ability

Tender management and proposal preparation

Vendor coordination and project understanding

Commercial awareness and revenue-focused mindset

Good knowledge of retail branding and visual merchandising industry

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field

2 - 5+ years of relevant industry experience

Existing client network in retail, luxury brands, malls, and commercial projects preferred

UAE, Dubai exposure is an added advantage
