Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE, Oman, India labor laws.
- Maintain records for PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, WPS, gratuity, and insurance.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings within deadlines.
- Conduct regular HR compliance audits across branches.
- Liaise with consultants, auditors, and government agencies.
- Ensure policies are updated and communicated to all staff.
- Train HR staff and managers on compliance requirements.
- Safeguard employee data confidentiality.
- Prepare compliance dashboards and reports for management.
- Handle inspections and government interactions related to HR compliance.
