Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate between kitchen staff and service team
- Support guest service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports
- Assist with stock checking and inventory management
- Ensure orders are served correctly and on time
- Supervise cleanliness, table setup, and staff coordination
- Monitor staff attendance and daily task completion
- Support billing, cash handling, and basic accounts coordination
- Maintain service quality and positive guest experience
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality operations
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing, reporting, and stock management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, disciplined, and team-oriented personality
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / billing software preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts
