Real Estate Sales or Business Development Executive

Location : Dona Paula, Goa Experience : 1-6 Years (Real Estate Mandatory) CTC : As per industry standards + Incentives

Role Overview : We are looking for a driven Real Estate Sales & Business Development Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, CP calling, client handling, and end-to-end sales closures at our Goa project.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle real estate sales through walk-ins, references, and generated leads

- Conduct cold calling & inside sales activities for lead generation

- Connect with and activate Channel Partners (CPs) for business sourcing

- Perform regular CP calling to generate leads and maintain relationships

- Manage site visits, client presentations, and property walkthroughs :

- Ensure strong follow-ups for leads and site visits for faster closures

- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and closures :

- Maintain daily lead tracking, calling reports, and sales updates on the CRM system. :

- Drive business development activities to increase project visibility

Required Skills :

- Solid experience in Real Estate Sales & Business Development :

- Hands-on experience in Lead Generation,



Cold Calling & Inside Sales :

- Ability to handle CP sourcing and relationship management :

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills :

- Target-driven with a go-getter attitude

- Graduate with 1 -6 years of real estate experience :

- Proven track record in sales closures :

- Comfortable with field work (some times)+ calling-based role :

- Immediate / early joiners preferred
