- Lead NPD through APQP as CDMM DE for casting and machining parts; ensure development from proto to PPAP as per project requirements
- Read and interpret drawings, casting tolerances, die layouts and machining processes; define product and process requirements
- Identify and onboard suppliers; drive RFQs, manufacturing feasibility, technical synthesis and stakeholder sign-off
- Execute commercial comparison, ZBC and FTG planning/execution
- Establish run-at-rate and ensure capacity as per volume projections
