What you will do - Identify and approach international buyers (US, EU, Gulf, Australia) across product categories including woven, knit, and co-ord sets - Manage the full order cycle: buyer inquiry → costing → sampling → negotiation → order confirmation → shipment follow-up - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of 3-5 active buyers within 6 months of joining - Coordinate with the in-house merchandising and production team on T&A; calendars, sample submissions, and bulk delivery timelines - Prepare FOB/CIF costing sheets and present competitive pricing to international buyers - Represent the company at trade fairs (Texworld, Source It, IFTM, MAGIC) as required - Track buyer feedback and work with production to resolve quality or delivery concerns - Set up and maintain export documentation in coordination with our accounts and logistics team What we are looking for - Active, demonstrable buyer contacts in at least one of: US, UK/EU, Middle East,



or Australia — this is the single most important criterion - Fluency in export fundamentals: FOB/CIF costing, Incoterms 2020, LC/DP/TT payment terms, tech pack reading - Experience handling buyers from fast fashion, mid-market, or private label segments. - Ability to work closely with a lean production team — this role requires factory floor coordination, not just office-based selling - Strong communication in English — written and spoken - Based in or willing to relocate to Noida; travel to buyers and trade fairs required Valuable to have - Existing knowledge of buyer portal systems. - Experience setting up a new export vertical at a smaller manufacturer - Familiarity with OEKO-TEX, GOTS, Sedex/SMETA audit requirements - Connections with buying agents or sourcing offices in Delhi NCR Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
