Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for luxury residential projects including 4 & 5 BHK properties.
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and site visits.
- Handle end-to-end client relationship management from inquiry to closure.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project features, amenities,
and investment benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales.
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients and investors.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven experience in selling premium/luxury residential projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Good network with HNI clients, investors, and channel partners preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and presentable personality.
- Knowledge of the Indore real estate market.
