Role Overview

The Senior Manager - CSR will be responsible for leading Corporate Social Responsibility partnerships, institutional fundraising initiatives, donor relationship management, and strategic collaborations with corporates, foundations, trusts, and government agencies.

The role requires a energetic professional with strong communication, networking, proposal development, and stakeholder management capabilities to support the organisation’s large-scale charitable healthcare mission.

Key Responsibilities

CSR Partnerships & Fundraising

- Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with corporates under CSR initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate houses, foundations, trusts, and funding agencies.
- Develop and implement CSR fundraising strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Explore funding opportunities for healthcare, eye care, and community development programs.

Proposal Development & Documentation

- Prepare professional CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, reports, and funding documents.
- Draft project proposals aligned with Schedule VII CSR activities and donor expectations.
- Coordinate preparation of impact reports, utilisation reports, and progress documentation.
- Maintain donor databases and funding records systematically.

Stakeholder & Donor Management

- Act as a key liaison between the organisation and CSR partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits for donors and corporate representatives.
- Ensure timely communication and relationship management with stakeholders.
- Build trust-based engagement with funding agencies and institutional partners.

Project Coordination & Monitoring

- Coordinate with internal departments for successful implementation of funded projects.
- Monitor CSR-supported initiatives and ensure compliance with donor commitments.




- Track project outcomes, social impact metrics, and reporting timelines.
- Support leadership in expanding healthcare outreach initiatives.

Branding & Strategic Outreach

- Represent the organisation at conferences, networking events, CSR forums, and institutional meetings.
- Support branding, public relations, and visibility initiatives for social impact projects.
- Develop partnerships that strengthen the organisation’s reputation and sustainability.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master’s Degree in Management, Social Work, Public Relations, Development Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 7-12 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, institutional partnerships, NGO management, or social impact sectors.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, NGO, or charitable institutions will be preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of CSR laws, corporate engagement, and donor management.
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Robust networking, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partnerships effectively.
- Strategic thinking with result-oriented execution capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and documentation systems.
