We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager to lead production coordination, planning, and execution across departments.

Job Summary

The PPC Manager will be responsible for complete production planning, order tracking, inter-department coordination, and on-time dispatch management. The role requires strong leadership, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple production processes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end production planning from order confirmation to dispatch
- Coordinate with Sourcing, Knitting, Dyeing, Processing, QC, and Dispatch teams
- Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time order execution
- Develop and maintain production tracking systems and reports
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to reduce delays
- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and job workers
- Work closely with QC team to maintain “Quality First” execution
- Improve production efficiency and reduce lead time
- Review daily production status and update management regularly
- Ensure proper planning of machine loading, processing flow, and dispatch priorities
- Support management in capacity planning and operational improvements




- Build discipline and accountability within the PPC process

Required Skills :

- Strong leadership and coordination ability
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of têxtile manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of production planning and order management systems
- Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Valuable communication and team management skills
- Experience: 4-8 years in PPC / Production Planning / Textile Operations
- Textile industry experience preferred
- Experience in knitted fabric or processing industry will be an added advantage
- Graduate / Diploma in Textile, Production, Operations, or related field
