What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in global environments
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in supporting the ServiceNow platform, debugging Issues, root cause Analysis and fixing Incidents
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration
- Hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Custom Applications and other ServiceNow modules. Respective certifications will be an added value
- Advanced Proficiency in scripting languages used within ServiceNow (JavaScript, GlideScript, Angular JS)
- Experience in Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Flow designer and Platform Analytics is a Plus




- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Scripted REST APIs
- Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with ability to work with technology stakeholders at various levels and including global teams
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (Protected) or other Agile software development methodologies

Education :

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Qualifications We Prefer

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM or HRSD (Nice to have)

This is a hybrid role based out of Bangalore, India
