Job Title: E-Commerce Manager - Cosmetics IndustryJob Summary

The E-Commerce Manager will lead and drive online sales growth for the company's cosmetics and beauty product portfolio across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho, and other e-commerce channels. The role is responsible for marketplace management, revenue growth, digital marketing, profitability, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and market share in the cosmetics category.
- Manage product listings, catalog content, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces.
- Drive GMV, conversion rates, and customer acquisition through marketplace advertising and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities within the beauty and cosmetics segment.
- Ensure marketplace account health, compliance, and customer satisfaction.




- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and internal stakeholders.
- Own channel P&L;, optimize margins, and improve overall profitability.
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in the Cosmetics, Beauty.
- Proven experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other beauty-focused marketplaces.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
