Job Role: Business Process & Bitrix24 Manager

The Business Process & Bitrix24 Manager is responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing the Bitrix24 platform to align with business operations, workflows, and organizational goals.

Role Summary

- Manage and configure Bitrix24 CRM, workflows, automation, dashboards, and communication tools.
- Understand business operations and align processes with software solutions.
- Bridge the gap between management, operations, and technology teams.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Bitrix24 modules, pipelines, permissions, and automation.
- Analyze business processes and recommend digital workflow improvements.
- Implement CRM structures, project management systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Provide user training, troubleshooting, and support.
- Create SOPs, workflow documentation, and process maps.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and security.

Required Skills :





- Robust knowledge of Bitrix24 administration and customization.
- Understanding of CRM systems and business process automation.
- Ability to understand operational workflows across departments.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience implementing Bitrix24 for multiple departments or organizations.
- Background in business operations, process management, or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business software integrations.
