- Strategic Hiring : Partner with hiring managers and department heads to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and build targeted sourcing strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
- Active & Passive Sourcing : Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, networking, social media, and qualified platforms, to attract top-tier talent
