Job description: We're Hiring | Legal Department (Litigation)| Adarsh Group Manager/ Senior Manager Industry: Real Estate / Construction Location: Bangalore Experience: 10-18years in litigation
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all litigation matters related to property, contracts, and regulatory issues across projects.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels, attend court hearings, and manage case documentation.
- Maintain litigation trackers, prepare case summaries, and ensure timely filing of responses and affidavits.
- Draft, review, agreements, sale deeds, and other legal documents related to real estate and construction activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s / master’s degree in law (LLB / LLM). Robust knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, RERA, arbitration, and construction contracts. Experience in handling both civil and criminal litigation in real estate domain. Language proficiency - Kannada mandatory
