Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms. This role offers practical exposure to lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Support Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.




- Help optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Research audience targeting and remarketing opportunities.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Required Skills :

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Interest in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Digital Marketing certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager is an advantage.
- Prior internship, freelance work, or personal projects in marketing are preferred but not mandatory.
