Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Post and manage job openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.





Requirements :

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive understanding of LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools is preferred.
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
