Job Roles & Responsibility

- Design & develop 3D models, assemblies & engineering drawings (SolidWorks,

AutoCAD)

- Die designing & development of plastic parts - machining aid, trials, sample testing
- Conduct R&D; trials for new product development, modifications & quality testing
- Prepare jigs & fixtures for production and installation processes
- Sample/Prototype checking & testing for aluminium profiles & plastic parts
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions
- Vendor search & coordination with internal teams for R&D; tasks
- Provide training to Production & Installation teams on new processes/products
- Support R&D; Manager and ensure timely completion of tasks

Experience & Skills Required

- Experience in SolidWorks (3D Modelling, Part Design, Assemblies, Drawings)




- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
- Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with practical factory-based tasks
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Good communication in English
- Willingness to travel locally & outside when required
- Independent, responsible, accurate, and dedicated professional
- Preferred: Knowledge of plastic parts die designing, machining & development

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
