The SOP & Audit - Manager will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and strengthening departmental processes, SOP adherence, employee performance measurement systems, and operational controls across the organization. The role requires an experienced and mature qualified who can independently assess departmental functioning, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities : SOP Review & Process Monitoring

- Review and monitor departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure proper implementation and compliance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and recommend improvements wherever required.
- Ensure departmental activities are aligned with organizational policies and operational standards.

KRA & KPI Evaluation

- Review and assess Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of employees across departments.
- Analyze employee performance measurement systems and suggest improvements for better accountability and productivity.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure KRAs/KPIs are measurable, achievable, and aligned with business objectives.

Audit & Compliance

- Conduct internal reviews and audit-related checks across departments.
- Identify operational gaps, process deviations, and compliance risks.




- Prepare audit observations and submit detailed reports with corrective action recommendations.
- Track closure of audit observations and monitor implementation of corrective actions.

Operational Efficiency Assessment

- Evaluate departmental workflows, reporting structures, and control mechanisms.
- Recommend strategies to improve efficiency, transparency, and process discipline.
- Support management in implementing best practices for process standardization and governance.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain proper documentation of audit findings, SOP reviews, compliance reports, and process assessments.
- Present periodic reports to management regarding process compliance status and improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience in audit, compliance, process monitoring, or operational review functions.
- Ability to independently evaluate departmental systems and reporting structures.
- Good understanding of organizational controls, SOP frameworks, documentation standards, and performance evaluation systems.
- Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professional integrity, maturity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
