Job Title: Healthcare Placement Coordinator

Location: Pune

Experience: 1+Years (Healthcare/Placement Experience Preferred)

Qualification: Any Life Science Graduate / MBA HR Preferred

JOB SUMMARY : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Corporate Outreach & Employer Engagement

- Identify and connect with healthcare companies, CROs, hospitals, pharma companies, and medical coding firms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs and hiring managers
- Conduct regular follow-ups for hiring requirements
- Maintain updated company database

Student Placement Coordination

- Screen and shortlist students as per job requirements
- Conduct resume reviews (healthcare-specific format)
- Arrange mock interviews and interview preparation sessions
- Schedule interviews and ensure student attendance

Interview & Offer Management

- Coordinate technical and HR interviews
- Track interview feedback
- Follow up for offer letters
- Monitor joining status

Reporting & MIS Management

- Maintain student tracker (Interview, Offer, Joining status)
- Prepare weekly/monthly placement reports
- Track placement percentage and performance metrics





Relationship & Student Support

- Address student placement concerns
- Maintain professional communication between students and employers
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-placement follow-up

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
