Job Summary

Mattic Packing is looking for an energetic and experienced Field Sales Executive who can actively meet clients, visit sites, and generate business through direct interaction. This role requires a strong on-ground presence and the ability to stay updated with all sales activities and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to potential and existing clients

- Fix and attend client meetings (B2B focus) :

- Identify new business opportunities in jewelry, perfume, gift, and packaging sectors :

- Maintain strong relationships with purchase managers and decision-makers :

- Present company products and custom packaging solutions :

- Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments :

- Keep track of daily sales activities and updates :

- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, accounts)

- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements :





- Minimum 2-5 years experience in field sales (preferably B2B)

- Experience in packaging / printing / manufacturing industry is an advantage

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits :

- Ability to manage and update daily sales reports :

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Excel
