As a Beauty Advisor for KLYNE, you will manage our dedicated brand section within a major retail store. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, acting as an expert on our fragrance collection. Your goal is to provide high-quality service, demonstrate our products, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
- Section Representation : Proactively greet customers passing through the retail aisle and invite them to explore the Klyne fragrance range.
- Consultation : Ask the right questions to understand a customer's taste and recommend the perfect scent from our collection.
- Product Experience : Guide customers on how to properly test fragrances on blotter strips and skin to experience the top, heart, and base notes.
- Targets :Take ownership of the section's sales performance to meet daily and monthly targets.
2. Section Operations & Standards
- Merchandising : Ensure the Klyne section is always fully stocked. Organize bottles, Discovery Sets, and testers according to brand guidelines.
- Maintenance : Keep the counters, testers, and display units spotless. A clean and organized section is essential for a premium brand image.
- Inventory Tracking : Conduct regular stock counts within your section. Report low stock levels to the manager and help validate new stock arrivals.
- Daily Reporting :
Maintain clear records of daily sales and stock usage (testers/samples) using the provided checklists
3. Professionalism
- Brand Ambassador : Follow all store etiquettes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required by both the retail chain and Klyne.
- Training : Complete all training programs regarding fragrance notes, ingredients, and sales techniques.
- Reliability : Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, ensuring the Klyne section is attended during all required hours.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience : 1-2 years of retail sales experience in fragrance category is mandatory.
- Product Knowledge : Strong knowledge about fragrance notes and brands is required.
- Languages : Must be able to communicate clearly in both English and Malayalam. Hindi knowledge is preferred
- Interpersonal Skills : You should be confident, friendly, and comfortable approaching customers in a busy retail setting.
- Work Ethic : Highly organized with the ability to work independently in your assigned section.
- Timings :Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
