Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Conduct initial screenings and HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring processes
- Handle salary negotiations and offer closures
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT and offer-to-join ratio
- Stay updated on market trends and hiring practices
Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in either Machine Manufacturing Industry OR HR Staffing / Recruitment Consulting firms
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills :
- Experience hiring for engineering or manufacturing roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Solid networking and headhunting skills
