We are hiring for Manufacturing Industry

Talent Acquisition : Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Onboarding & Development :Facilitating new hire onboarding and coordinating employee training and development programs.

Performance & Compensation : Administering performance reviews, wage reviews, and managing benefits/payroll compliance.

Employee Relations & Compliance :Resolving workplace conflicts, conducting investigations.

Strategic Planning : Collaborating with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 8+ years in HR roles, with demonstrated leadership experience.

Skills :Exceptional interpersonal, mediation, and communication skills.

Education :Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
