Position :HR Recruiter Executive - This is a recruitment-heavy role.

Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: 80%

- Hire for roles in a SaaS-based organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
- Drafting Offer Letters/Relieving Letters/Experience Letters.

Operations & Employee Engagement: 20%

2. Employee Engagement :

- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Plan and coordinate employee events and recognition programs.

3. Employee Relations :

- Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.

4. HR Administration :

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Proven experience as an HR recruiter/experience in sales hiring would be an asset.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement effective HR solutions.

Years of Experience required : 1-2 years (agency-style recruitment experience is preferred).

Job Location : Santacruz East, Vakola, Mumbai.

Work Hours : 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday; 10:00am to 1:30pm on Saturday.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
