As we expand our digital footprint and drive student enrollment growth, we’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team and elevate our online presence.

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and search platforms (Google Ads).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics like CPL, CTR, conversions, ROAS, and lead quality to improve results.
- Use SEO best-practices to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and refine targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Report weekly/monthly campaign insights and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field




- 1-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education / EdTech sector
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Preferred :

- Experience running education / coaching / language learning campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking platforms
