Job Title : Project Coordinator

Experience : 15-20 Years

Industry :Construction (Commercial & Industrial Projects)

Reporting To :Project Manager / Senior Management

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities : Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple construction sites

Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and execution of projects

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors

Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Track material requirements, procurement status, and site deliveries

Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations

Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues

Maintain proper documentation including drawings, BOQs, contracts, and approvals

Coordinate inspections, client meetings, and project reviews

Support billing, measurement verification, and cost control activities

Key Skills & Competencies :*

Robust knowledge of commercial & industrial construction processes





Excellent coordination and communication skills

Project planning and scheduling (MS Project / Primavera preferred)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Knowledge of contracts, BOQs, and billing processes

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards

Leadership and team management skills

Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil

Additional certifications in Project Management will be an advantage

Preferred Experience :*

Experience in large-scale commercial buildings, factories, warehouses, or industrial projects

Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle (planning to handover)

Experience working with reputed construction companies

Key Deliverables : Timely completion of projects

Effective coordination among all stakeholders

Accurate reporting and documentation

Cost and quality control

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
